Parties
The Barn is available to rent for Birthday parties, Graduation parties and/or Family gatherings.
When scheduling a party, keep in mind that we give an extra 30 min on each side of the party for setup and cleanup at no cost. So for example, if you have a party from 2-4pm you would have 1:30-4:30 for the cost of a 2 hr party. *Overnight Party does not include extra setup and cleanup time.
30 min. set up time time is free. If you need more time to set up for your party, you will be charged $25/ 30 min. if available.
Party Rental - $125/hr Parties are in the Main gym, party room and upstairs game area
Whole Barn Rental - $150/hr Whole barn includes the turf room which can be used to setup extra tables and chairs if needed or a side game of dodge-ball if the main gym is full. There is no batting allowed in the cages during party rentals. Reserving the whole Barn also insures that your party is private. (only your guests there) if you don't reserve the whole barn, the turf room can still be rented to instructors or teams for hitting. You will hear them but they won't disrupt your party
If you plan to have around 30 or more guests, we suggest you rent the whole Barn.
We no longer offer an Overnight rental option.
20% non-refundable deposit due at the time of booking. The balance due at the time of the rental.

GamesBasketball and Dodgeball are the most common games played at our parties, but you can play whatever you want. The space is yours! Other options include; Volleyball*, kickball, soccer, wiffle ball or whatever you can think of.
*let us know ahead of time if you want to play volleyball. The net takes extra time to set up. We Do NOT allow Batting cages to be used for hitting during parties. We don't want kids swinging bats and throwing balls without coaches supervision. |
FoodYou are welcome to bring your own food, drinks and desserts! You'll also want to bring your own plates, cups, napkins etc.
You may bring warmers or crock pots to keep things warm but your food must be pre-made (pre-cooked). Do Not plan to cook your food at the Barn. We have a refridgerator/freezer and a microwave that you are welcome to use. The New Albany Donatos and Jets Pizza both deliver to the barn if you want to go that route. |
DecoratingYou are welcome to decorate during your setup time. DO NOT USE TAPE on the walls. we have tak boards with push pins for you to use. Just be sure to take down decorations and clean up trash during the clean up time after the party.
